Ready for the new disability discrimination act?
From 1st October, 2004, every organisation, large or small needed to become more user-friendly to Britain's 10 million disabled people when the Disability Discrimination Act came into place. This new legislation affects around 2 million British organisations and those that fail to act, could face legal action.
